These terms cover use of the SibiloGroup employee and company portal. Access is limited to authorised users and may be withdrawn by the organisation that issued the account.

Account security

Keep your sign-in details private, use the portal only for legitimate business purposes, and report suspected unauthorised access promptly. Activity may be logged for security, support, and audit purposes.

Portal information

Portal records support operational work but do not replace signed contracts, approved payroll records, or other controlling documents. Contact your organisation when information appears incomplete or incorrect.

Availability and acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, upload malicious material, or access another user’s information. Maintenance and security work may temporarily affect availability.
